JINQIAO was established in 2011, specialized in producing and exporting welding materials, such as, CO2 Gas Shielded Welding Wire, Submerged Arc Welding Wire, Argon Arc Welding Wire, Flux-cored wire. The output is 30,000MT each year. The production capacity for MIG wire is 60,000MT each year, now the output is about 15,000MT.JINQIAO always uphold "people first" business philosophy, gathered about 200 highly qualified personnel, including 15 technical engineers.

1.Raw material: most from Qingdao Steel Company.
2.Equipment: Newest advanced equipment. The cooper plating trough is from Wuxi, it has four protection system: Automatic temperature control; Automatic speed control; Automatic disconnection alarm; Automatic strain alarm.
3.Quality assure system: All staffs are responsible for the processing step they worked. If they found abnormal and declare it immediately, they will get bonus. QC will also strictly check the goods before delivery.
4.Product advantage: Stable arc , low spatter, esthetic weld appearance, high deposition efficiency , low sensitivity of weld metal porosity
